I am the Founder and Principal Advisor of Assertive Transitions – Work LLC and serve as an IACET Commissioner, contributing to accreditation governance and standards-based quality assurance at an international level.

Through Assertive Transitions – Work, I advise organizations on accreditation governance, compliance systems design, and standards-aligned continuous improvement. A central focus of my work is mitigating compliance, operational, reputational, and governance-related liabilities through standards-based quality assurance and accreditation governance.

In parallel with my commissioner role, I am engaged in advanced professional validation and capacity-building initiatives, including externally evaluated professional standards work, development of governance frameworks for the responsible use of generative AI, and formal certification preparation supporting institutional and contracting readiness.
